I have a Great Dentist!!

I went in for my dreaded dental appointment yesterday.  I knew I would be having a tooth in the very back pulled.

Dr. Jerome Nast did a great job!  He gave me several injections and I never felt any of them...wonderful!!  The "pulling out of the tooth" was very quick.  Great work and great bedside manners too!  Highly recommend!  If you are scared of the needles like me, this is the dentist for you!

Loving our other Banzai Baby Sprinkles Splish Splash Pool

Here's another Banzai product we are loving!  I set this little splash pool up under our patio and again my 15 month old and 4 year old just loved it!  They played and played, it was great!

Any negatives??  I only wish it were larger!  So far, we haven't had any problems with holes or anything not working...and my four year old son has jumped all over that dolphin/shark inflatable.  The slide isn't that sturdy (probably why they have the photo with the lady holding onto it as the child sits on it...oh, and that child is micro sized, just in case you thought they hadn't photo shopped the kids in!)

A great little water activity for the little ones...highly recommended and you can buy it at Target for $34.99 and if you want to save $4, the target website has printable coupon.

Loving our Banzai Waterslide!!

I have heard so many negative reveiws on the Banzai waterslides, that I almost didn't buy one...but I am so glad I did!

We bought one off Craigs List last summer for $150.

The lady told me it had a small hole, which was why they were selling it so cheap.  I used some rubber cement, a patch that came with the slide, and then for extra support...some duct tape over that.  Now the visual you have is probably pretty "home made" looking, but the hole was tiny and the duct tape could only be seen if you were in the top part, looking at the window (that's where it was).  The other problem we have had are the tubes will pop apart.  Again, we found a remedy!  You super glue the tube to the connector, and then for extra support, use two little plastic zip ties to make sure it stays together.  OK, one more pain...it takes days to dry out.  We live in Texas though, so when it's 100 degrees for a day or two, it dries pretty quickly.

Now for the positive...we have used it for our four year old's birthday party and had probably 10 four year olds on it at the same time.  We have also used it for our own rough boys...from the 4 year old up to our 13 year old.  The 13 year old got bored after an hour, but the others (especially the younger ones) have played on that slide for countless hours!  The best $150 I ever spent!!  Today, it was 90+ degrees and the humidity off the chart.  I got to sit in a chair and drink a cup of coffee...read a couple pages out of a book, and have a non interrupted phone conversation while the kids played on that slide...PRICELESS!

I would recommend, knowing that there would probably be some minor issues with it, but all easy to fix.
