Going to little rock!

Well, we searched, dug, sifted, and basically bathed in the mud... Lots of rocks, but no diamonds!

Still a lot of fun and would go back again!

Now we are filthy and hungry and are looking forward to the hotel in little rock!

Hampton inn Greenville Texas

In case you are planning a trip and need a place to stay in this area... I would definitely recommend staying here. There is an outdoor pool... It's not that Grand, but is great for the kids to cool off and burn some energy (we enjoyed it too). The room was great and the breakfast was great too! Staff was helpful and friendly.

Digging for diamonds!

We enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel ( When the kids learned they could eat as much as they wanted... They really loved it!). We are now on the road to crater of diamonds in Murfreesboro, Arkansas. Should be there by noon!

Our voyage begins today!

And we are off!!!

We are beginning our roadtrip today. First stop will be Dallas.

We went to chickfila for lunch. I downloaded the cow prints they have on their website and had everyone put them on. Everything was free! And the laughs we had ( mainly me... The kids and especially Doak weren't nearly as humored) were priceless!
